About 370 million years ago, the earliest marine creatures grew limbs and crawled onto land. Over a hundred years ago, humans broke free from gravity and flew into space.
For those who grew up in space, the ocean and land can only be experienced through simulators. With a piece of abalone, a spoonful of caviar, and a slice of tender wakame, this dish intends to take humans back to the homeland that they have almost forgotten, revisiting the taste of the vast ocean that lives and breathes.
Sleep in Daifuku
With one bite, the chewy glutinous rice, soft sponge cake, fresh Norwegian salmon, crispy cashew nuts, slightly bitter matcha, and alluring red bean paste with brown sugar meet between the tongue and teeth, dancing and blending together. And then, a drop of soy sauce is picked up with chopsticks, delivering a dramatic salty flavor that soothes all the tastes in the mouth.
The combination of sweet and salty can arouse the most primal desires and make satisfaction impossible, offering a painful happiness. After enjoying this dessert, who knows what dreams may come tonight?
Death of Dracula
"Would you drink this poisoned cup for your lover?" the King asked as the young guard presented a flaming crimson liquid to Dracula. It was a liquor created by Dracula himself, a strong drink made by mixing ox blood, pig blood, lamb blood, chicken blood, duck blood, tomato sauce, paprika, pepper, and tequila.
